The course is 6 weeks long and the first 5 will be online, with the last being in person at our office in Ashford.

Course content:

Week 1- Introductions, what is Autism, and associated conditions

Week 2- Cognition and learning, sensory and physical needs, and strategies to support

Week 3- Understanding Emotional and mental health needs, Sleep, and strategies to support

Week 4- Education support and understanding Masking

Week 5- Behaviour and strategies

Week 6- Making resources, signposting, and celebration
